PROFESSIONALISM

WHY DO YOU NEED A COACH ?

Professionalism is the second name of IPCA. We breathe and teach professionalism to coaches for achieving that cutting edge, not only for themselves, but also for their clients. IPCA believes that true professionalism can only arise out of a thorough knowledge of Marketing. And professional Coaches need to be masters at Marketing for the benefit of both for personal growth as well as for the client who he is working with.

One of our beliefs is that for every organizational or personal problem, the solutions lie within. We bring a variety of attitudes, models, techniques and resources to enable our clients to identify and work out their own solution. This invariably leads to long term success.

Coaching in the present age

Though comparatively new amongst the new-age professions, Coaching, as an industry has undergone sea-change in the recent past. Moving much beyond the traditional gamut of consultation, therapy providers or playing the role of a supportive friend for the individual and the organization, Coaching has expanded its domain of operations, into other aspects of modern Business. For example : sports management, web management, internet marketing, affiliate marketing, blog marketing, e-marketing, and the list goes on.

IPCA provides professional help to individuals and other clients to learn and implement new skills, manage changes and achieve higher goals, through a program of sustained relationship.

IPCA’s professional Coach and his marketing skills provide the support and strategy to make changes based on the awareness a client holds. IPCA Coaching is market-oriented and action based.
