coaching FAQ

what is coaching?

Coaches help people to achieve their goals.

Winners have coaches! Michael Jordan, Andre Agassi and Tiger Woods would credit coaching for playing a key role in their accomplishments. Just like an athletic coach motivates, encourages and coaches an athlete to obtain peak performance, an executive and personal coach will coach his clients to obtain peak success in their life, businesses, and careers and help them train their mind for success. Success is the outcome of the right frame of mind. NLP-3 offers advanced reframing schemes modeled around the nine personality types of the Enneagram (aka enneatypes).

Reframing means changing the mental-frame which outlines the perceptual-context of any event/situation, in order to alter the perception the client has of the given event/situation. Reframing has a lot do with belief-systems and core-beliefs. Intervention at the belief-system level ensures a full root-level mind-reframing of the client, thus allowing him to solve those inner conflicts/impediments that prevent him for achieving his desired goals.

Coaching helps people clarify their direction; assisting them to define their most pressing and compelling objectives — this clarity helps triggering their motivation to take the necessary steps to achieve their most important personal and professional results.

Coaches approach each client as a 'whole’, instead of just working on his goals. It takes a holistic view of the individual ensuring that work, values, personal needs and career development are orchestrated to work in synergy and not against each other. This is what is known as ecological intervention. The human being is treated as a system which comprises a whole set of inner-sub-systems (values, beliefs, spirituality, memories, traumas, ambitions, aspirations, ecc.). Outwardly, every being is a system which dynamically interlocks with a variety of outer systems to form a major system of which he is a sub-system — family, neighborhood, the community, work arena, and the like. The broader the understanding of these systems by a coach, the broader the possibility of intervention is.

Most coach consulences might require a basic scanning and understanding of the key-systems of the client, but often optimal results require a deep grasping of the environment of the client. What we offer you is not a “coaching survival or first-aid kit”, we are presenting you with the state-of-the-art tools of the trade to grasp and intervene at all levels. Our students don’t go home with a fistful of routine-techniques, they leave our courses with a new vision of life and problem solving. The difference is like someone who learns to treat a given symptom with a given pill and someone else who actually has studied the human body, its functions and anatomy in detail and knows which is the best and fastest way to intervene at the root of the problem.

The last thing a professional coach wishes is to be faced with a client which he doesn’t know how to handle and help. Coaches are leaders, they take joy of out their success, they like their work, they believe in their clients just as their clients believe in them!

what does coaching offer me?

  • Increase their self-awareness .

  • Align who they are with what they do.

  • Eliminate their roadblocks and excuses.

  • Help them keeping focused, productive and on track.

  • Help them to maintain momentum .

  • Increase their self-confidence.

At one time or another, everyone needs advice. And the people who are closest to the client are usually too involved in the problem. They just can’t look at the picture the way you can — from a detached angle.

is coaching at my reach?

You don’t have to have a Ph.D., or a corporate veteran to become a successful. Many outstanding coaches didn’t have a coaching certification when they started. And most didn’t jump into it full time.

They had a former career just like you and me, and they started working on their coaching business 1-3 days a week. Step by step, they persistently built hugely successful coaching careers.

If you truly care about people, and you are willing to model success — to use what has worked for others time and time again — then you can use these tools and resources to create a very successful practice! All you need to keep in mind is:

The First Step
is Where You Need
the Most Guidance

What we teach in our courses flies in the face of the conventional wisdom. That so-called "wisdom" attempts to convince you that becoming a coach takes a long time.

Wrong! The fact is. good coach training doesn’t require years to be accomplished. What counts is finding the all-important answers to these questions:

What do I need to know?

When do I need to know it?

How fast can I turn this
knowledge into clients and income?

Most people discover the correct answers to these crucial question by trial and error — and we all know how hard it is to struggle in darkness and/or experience failure! That is why guidance from people who succeded is vital at all stages — its vital for YOU now just as much as it is going to be vital for your clients tomorrow!

Learning is a neverending process, an open game in a dynamically evolving society, so even people of success attend coach seminars — there is always something new to learn! Our courses are always updated to the latest standards of human engineering as well as beyond them. We’ve attended the courses for you, paid the high tuition, skipped only a few boring (and non-essential) classes, and, most important, discovered the answers to those tough questions . What we’re most excited to share with you are the things we didn’t expect to learn — things that are going to pave a smooth path for in the jungle of competition all self-employed professionals.

how do I get started?

ISI-CNV offers one of the most advanced coaching training courses available, based on NL-3 P Coaching best practices. We integrate the most effective tools, sound techniques, and best hands-on practices in the field of coaching. You’ll receive expert recommendations as well as detailed practical information that you can immediately put at work.

In addition to required coaching skills and techniques, you’ll also learn and apply business development skills and gain powerful marketing expertise. You can be an amazingly skilled coach but if you haven’t established good business practices and effectively promoted your services, you will never attain the ultimate level of success you deserve.

Of course, it would be wonderful if all you needed to succeed was to be a great coach . After all, that’s where your instincts drive you — right? And, to be brutally honest, that’s why other coach training programs only concentrate on teaching you 1/3 of what it takes to be truly great. They appeal to "fulfilling" those immediate, surface level desires without addressing the hidden secrets to a full and fulfilling practice — the business and marketing skills necessary to get and keep enough profitable clients.
