Review
After a number of “coaching practice”
sessions, you will go into larger review groups where you
will discuss how it went. People will be invited to share
their experiences if they want to, and led by Dr Marco Paret
and Dr Matt Traverso, a discussion will follow.
You can participate as much or as little as you are comfortable
with, but these sessions are invaluable for consolidating
what you have learned and making sense out of it.
Meet New People - network, socialise, make lifelong friends
Undoubtedly, one of the best things about the these courses
is the people - and the people make it what it is - an event.
Imagine being in a room filled with up to a hundred people
who are all thinking in the same way as you. As you may have
experienced, when some people start doing anything connected
with personal development, they can feel like no-one else
understands and that can be quite a lonely place. But on this
weekend, everyone understands. Most people will meet people
on that weekend who will become friends for life.
As well as on a personal level, this can also be a great networking
opportunity, either for your existing business or for your
new coaching practise. You will get many other opportunities
to meet up again, but the course will form the foundation
of your connections in the coaching community.

How to Build Your Practice
Learning the skills of coaching is only one small part if
you are planning on setting up your own business. When we
ask people what their greatest fear is about doing this, the
common theme seems to be, "But how do I actually make
a living out of this?"
Don't worry, we will show you how. Having been training clients
and coaches ourselves for many years, we would consider ourselves
experts in that area, and we make sure that every one of our
coaches benefits from that experience.

provide the foundation for your coaching practice.
By seeing and hearing it in action, trying it for yourself
and reviewing afterwards, you will have all the tools you
need to go out and put it to good use.
It is certainly intensive, but in an exhilarating way rather
than an exhausting way. One thing is definitely sure, your
life will not be the same again. The only negative feedback
at the end of the weekend is "I only wish I'd done it
sooner!"
